Lime and Avocado Dip

Description

This great dip can stand alone with crisps for dipping or goes great with this Lemon Fish Fingers recipe.

Lime Cut in Half

Ingredients

1  
Avocado (Ripe and Chopped)
1  
Lime (Juice Only)
100 milliliters
Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons
Tabasco (Or less to taste!)
1 pinch
Salt

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor.
  2. Drip in as much tabasco as you and your guests can handle.
  3. Blitz until you get a smooth even textured dip.

Notes

Note: The dip will keep in the refridgerator for a couple of days.
