Bacon & Maple Syrup Pancakes


An all American Classic! If it aint broke, don't fix it.

Crispy Bacon Strip


2 slices
Cured Back Bacon
3 tablespoons
Maple Syrup


  1. Heat a frying pan until hot.
  2. Add the bacon and cook on each side until crisp.
  3. Remove from the pan.
  4. Drain the bacon on kitchen paper (the grease goes a bit weird with the syrup)
  5. Pile the bacon on top of the pancakes and drizzle with maple syrup
