2 slicesCured Back Bacon
3 tablespoonsMaple Syrup
- Heat a frying pan until hot.
- Add the bacon and cook on each side until crisp.
- Remove from the pan.
- Drain the bacon on kitchen paper (the grease goes a bit weird with the syrup)
- Pile the bacon on top of the pancakes and drizzle with maple syrup
