Chicken, Broccoli and Goat's Cheese Pancakes


A hearty main-course suitable pancake loaded with goodness.

Feta Cheese


500 grams
Chicken Breast (Chunked)
200 grams
100 grams
Goat's Cheese (Crumbled)
100 milliliters
Sour Cream
50 grams
Pine Nuts
75 grams
Chopped Mint


  1. Heat the butter in a pan and gently fry the chicken until golden brown
  2. Stir in small chunks of broccoli and sauté
  3. Add in the sour cream and gently simmer
  4. In another pan gently roast the pine nuts
  5. Put the nuts into the mixture and stir
  6. Top the pancake with the mixture, sprinkle over some goat's cheese and mint to garnish.
