This deliciously fresh tasting savoury pancake filling does great with a dry white wine.
4Courgette (Ribboned with a Vegetable Peeler)
2 clovesGarlic (Crushed)
500 gramsFeta (Crumbled)
- Heat the butter in a pan and add the courgette
- Cook until gently softened and add the garlic
- Stir and continue to cook for 5 minutes
- Top the pancake with the courgettes and sprinkle with crumbled feta
