2Lemons (Rind and Juice)
3 tablespoonsCaster Sugar (Per Pancake)
2 tablespoonsVanilla Extract
- Soak the currents and lemon rind in the lemon juice, vanilla extract and brandy for an hour.
- Top a pancake with the currents and sprinkle with sugar.
