250 gramsSmoked Salmon
200 gramsCream Cheese (Room Temperature)
- In the final stages of cooking the pancake, smear a tablespoon of cream cheese onto the pancake while it is still cooking.
- Then add a couple of slices of salmon. You do not need much since these pancakes are rolled.
- Just as the salmon starts to change colour and cook remove the pancake from the pan.
- On a fresh chopping board, roll the pancake, and slice in two through the middle of the roll.
