Salmon & Cream Cheese Recipe



This pancake filling sits somewhere between sushi rolls and typical blini toppings.

Salmon and Cream Cheese Pancake Rolls


250 grams
Smoked Salmon
200 grams
Cream Cheese (Room Temperature)


  1. In the final stages of cooking the pancake, smear a tablespoon of cream cheese onto the pancake while it is still cooking.
  2. Then add a couple of slices of salmon. You do not need much since these pancakes are rolled.
  3. Just as the salmon starts to change colour and cook remove the pancake from the pan.
  4. On a fresh chopping board, roll the pancake, and slice in two through the middle of the roll.
