5Cooking Apples (Peeled, Cored and Cubed)
5Desert Apples (Peeled, Cored and Cubed)
1Lemon (Rind andJuice)
8 tablespoonsGolden Caster Sugar
2 teaspoonsGinger (Ground)
- Melt the butter in a saucepan
- Add the apples to the pan with the sugar
- Cook for 10 minutes until they become tender
- Add the spices, stir and continue to cook until caramelised
- Top the pancake with the mixture
Tip: Dollop on a few teaspoons of crème fraîche for an extra indulgent variation!
