Cheese Sauce

Description

Cheese sauce is a basic White Sauce with the addition of your favourite cheese for flavour. 

Ingredients

15 grams
Butter
15 grams
Flour
250 milliliters
Milk
75 grams
Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Melt the fat in a saucepan and stir in the flour.
  2. Cook for a a minute over a gentle heat.  Do not burn the flour (it'll go brown and taste horrible if you do!)
  3. Gradually add the milk a little at a time.  Beat well after each addition.
  4. Simmer for 2-3 minutes before adding the cheese.
  5. Stir until melted.
Meal:
