This is one of our absolute favourite picnic treats, tangy, rich and delicious!
- Line 12 greased tartlet or bun tins with rolled out pastry.
- Make a cheese sauce from the fat, flour and milk (recipe here)
- Fold the stiffly beraten egg white and divide the resulting mixture between the pastry cases.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degree centigrade.
