Cheese Tartlets

Description

This is one of our absolute favourite picnic treats, tangy, rich and delicious!

Ingredients

1  
Egg (Separated)
1  
Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Line 12 greased tartlet or bun tins with rolled out pastry.
  2. Make a cheese sauce from the fat, flour and milk (recipe here)
  3. Fold the stiffly beraten egg white and divide the resulting mixture between the pastry cases.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degree centigrade.
