2 tablespoonsExtra Virgin Olive Oil
2Red Chillies (Finely Chopped)
1Lemon (Zest and Juice)
100 gramsWhite Crab
100 gramsBrown Crab
110 gramsWild Rocket
50 gramsParmesan (Finely Grated)
- Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions.
- Drain spaghetti and set asside.
- Heat some oil in the pan and fry the Red Chillies and Lemon Zest for 1 Minute (not a second longer!)
- Add both types of Crab Meat, with the Lemon Juice and Rocket. Blast for 1-2 Minutes until the leaves wilt.
- Combine the Crab mixture and Spaghetti.
- Serve with Parmesan and Black Pepper.
Tip: Try with a Northern Italian White wine like a Soave, or Pinot Grigio.
