Ham, Leek & Cheese Pancakes


Three kings of flavour brought together in this perfect pancake filling.

Finely Sliced Leeks


500 grams
Ham (Shredded)
Leeks (Trimmed and Sliced)
150 grams
Cheddar (Grated)
2 tablespoons
English Mustard
200 milliliters
Crème Fraiche
50 grams
50 grams
Parmesan (Finely Grated)


  1. Heat the butter in a saucepan and add the leeks
  2. Sauté until softened
  3. Add in the ham or gammon
  4. Cook for 5 minutes
  5. Add the mustard, crème fraîche and cheddar to the pan
  6. Simmer for 10-15 minutes
  7. Cook your pancake of choice
  8. Top the pancake with the mixture
  9. Sprinkle with parmesan
