100 gramsButton Mushrooms (Sliced)
2 pinchesParsley (Fresh Chopped)
1Lemon Juice (A good firm squeeze)
1⁄2 cloveGarlic (Finely Chopped)
1 tablespoonOnion (Finely Chopped)
1 sliceToast (Thick and Crisp)
- Put a knob of butter and drizzle of oil in a frying pan. Heat until the butter foams.
- Throw in the chopped mushrooms and onion.
- Let go golden brown. While it does that, toast the bread and then spread with butter.
- Add garlic and parsley. Count to 30.
- Squeeze in the lemon.
- Place on the toast.
- Eat and smile.
